Inner Balance - The Center for Healthy Living

Both Semra and her husband Richard are initiates of the Himalayan Tradition, and she works with two of her long term students as their assigned mentor for their Himalayan Yoga Teachers Training program.

The center was opened in 2003, the fruition of a dream to bring Dr.Semra Weathered's education and experience to her homeland in Istanbul, Turkey. The goal of Inner Balance' is to bring balance to people's lives using the different methods of, Yoga, Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Reflexology. Within the last three years the Yoga and Meditation programs, with a few simple changes the programs now reflect the teaching of the Himalayan tradition. Since 2008 she is also very much involved with Yin Yoga style.

Several times a year the center holds Himalayan Tradition Meditation workshops. The three weekly yoga classes over the years have enabled a regular group of students to gain much needed levels of peace and contentment in these stressful times.
