Mindfullness Defined
The ancient classical words for what is now called mindfulness is simply 'remembering'. The practice requires constantly remembering that what we have forgotten about ourselves, our divine nature, our celestiality, our ever present deep-interior total stillness manifesting itself as emotional stability.
This 'exercising of memory of our selves' goes on 24-hours; mindfulness is simply learning to listen to this voice of guidance through exercises in awareness. These are not practiced separately at an exercise time, but, like our breathing, goes on throughout our day and night even through the tornados and turmoils in the horizons and landscapes of our mind.
A methodical lesson will be given in the practice of mindfulness.
