After my return from Rishikesh I am practicing the forehead relaxation, diaphrammatic & 2:1 breathing and closing the gap between inhalation and exhalation. The forehead relaxation itself automatically leads to 2:1 breathing without any conscious effort. In fact the breathing becomes more like a baby's breathing. It is very calming. The trick is to keep the "center" behind the forehead center (inside the skull) completely relaxed. Thank you for the tip.
